WE'RE HIRING - ACCOUNTING STAFF (BATAM)

Tunas Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our finance team in Batam.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure accounting processes run effectively, including bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Manage and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Assist in financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of more efficient accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in the property industry is an advantage.
