WE'RE HIRING - CIVIL ENGINEER (BATAM)

Tunas Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer in Batam to join our developing project.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, structures, and civil elements to identify damage, defects, and potential risks.
Handle and follow up on building maintenance and repair works, including walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows, waterproofing, drainage, and other civil elements.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for civil works.
Troubleshoot and analyze the causes of building damage or defects and provide appropriate repair method recommendations.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, tenants, and relevant departments in carrying out maintenance and repair works.
Prepare work requests, inspection reports, maintenance reports, and work documentation.
Monitor the condition of common areas, tenant areas, back-of-house areas, service areas, and other areas within the mall environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
Experience working in a mall, hotel, commercial building, property, or facility management is an advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) is an advantage.
