Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
Experience: At least 8 years as a Project Manager, preferably in a contracting company
Age: Maximum 48 years old
Skills:
- Proficient in project management, risk analysis, and strategic planning
- Experience in large-scale planning, scheduling, and resource estimation
- Expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and team management to ensure projects stay on track
- Ability to manage project budgets realistically and meet financial needs until project closure
Personal Qualities:
- Honest, leadership qualities, authoritative, responsible, loyal, hardworking, proactive, innovative, and highly dedicated
- Ability to lead and manage all staff and workers under their supervision
- Capable of working in a team
Location: Willing to be placed in Batam

Project Initiation: Assess feasibility, draft budgets, form teams, and manage resources
Planning: Set objectives, define roles, and schedule tasks
Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team and stakeholders
Management: Coordinate the project team to ensure the project stays on track and within budget
Monitoring: Track project progress and manage risks to ensure timely completion
Change Implementation: Apply necessary changes during the project process
Reporting: Regularly report to management and clients
Evaluation: Evaluate success and challenges for learning in future projects
