WE'RE HIRING - SITE MANAGER (BATAM)

Tunas Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager in Batam to manage and oversee our field project implementation.

Manage field project execution, including residential, commercial building, or regional infrastructure developments.
Ensure construction work complies with shop drawings, budget plans (RAB), technical specifications, and project schedules.
Supervise the performance of workers and subcontractors, ensuring work adheres to quality standards and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Formulate daily and weekly planning, including work schedules, material procurement, as well as equipment and project logistics coordination.
Identify technical and operational bottlenecks in the field and provide prompt, effective solutions.
Coordinate regularly with the planning team, head office team, vendors, and supervisory consultants.
Prepare and report project progress, including documented and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Control material usage and project costs to ensure alignment with the established budget.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Site Engineer, or Project Supervisor in property/construction projects.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, structural calculations, and budget plans (RAB).
Proficient in construction processes ranging from earthworks and structures to building finishing.
Knowledge of HSE procedures, Quality Control (QC), and cost control.
Skilled in using software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Willing to be stationed at the project site (if required).
