Garden Avenue Residence Held The Agent Reward Appreciating Property Agents in Batam

Batam, August 23rd, 2024 – Garden Avenue Residence successfully held the ROSEWOOD RACE Champion Celebration at the Grand Maple Ballroom - Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam. This event celebrated the outstanding achievements of property agents who reached their sales targets for the Rosewood Cluster during the ROSEWOOD RACE program, which ran from November 13th 2023 to March 31st 2024.

The event began with a speech from Sandy, Director of Garden Avenue, who expressed his deepest appreciation to all participating property agents in Batam. Sandy also provided updates on the Garden Avenue project, noting that sales for the Rosewood Cluster have reached 95% and that the Garden Avenue Square retail units are sold out. He also announced the upcoming opening of the TOP 100 Supermarket in early 2025 and the ongoing development of Cluster Teakwood.

Following the speech, Chrispin Andereas, Head of Business Development at Tunas Group, presented updates on the progress and future developments at Garden Avenue. Chrispin shared key details, including the estimated building handover (STB) for Cluster Rosewood in May 2025, Cluster Teakwood in 2026, the Garden Avenue Square retail units in September 2024, and the TOP 100 Supermarket in early 2025. He also highlighted the ongoing development of the 4.5Ha Garden Avenue Park and provided a sneak peek of the upcoming Cluster Mahogany, a luxury villa development targeting high-end consumers in Batam.

The next session was led by Cun Cun, Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Garden Avenue, who reviewed the ROSEWOOD RACE program. Cun Cun revealed that property agents contributed 55% of the total sales revenue from the Rosewood Cluster marketing efforts. During the ROSEWOOD RACE program, agents achieved sales revenue exceeding IDR 70 billion, a remarkable achievement.

The highly anticipated announcement of the ROSEWOOD RACE winners followed, with awards given to the top 3 of 20 selected property agents:

• 1st Champion: Promex Batam Center, with total sales revenue of IDR 11,461,000,000. The winner received IDR 80,000,000 in cash, a certificate and placard, and a Samsung Z Fold 5 smartphone.
