Tunas Competition 2025 Kicks Off - Celebrating 80th Indonesia's Independence Day

Batam, July 28, 2025 – A lively and energetic atmosphere filled the Sporthill Sports Arena as the Opening Ceremony of Tunas Competition 2025 officially took place. This event marks the beginning of a series of exciting competitions under the theme “Tunas United, Indonesia Advancing,” and is part of the celebration of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesia’s Independence, held together with the Tunas Group family and tenant partners within the Tunas Industrial Estate.

The competition was officially launched with a symbolic opening kick-off by Tunas Group management representative, Mrs. Leviana. In her speech, she emphasized that Tunas Competition 2025 is not just a prestigious contest for Tunas Group, but also a meaningful moment to strengthen connections among work units and business partners across the community.

This year’s competition features a variety of thrilling events, including:

• Futsal
• Men's Doubles Badminton
• Women's Doubles Badminton
• Tunas Got Talent
• Panjat Pinang (Areca Climbing)
• Tug of War

…along with other traditional games that are an essential part of Indonesia’s Independence Day celebrations.

All competitions will run until the grand finale on August 16, 2025. In addition to competing for attractive prizes, participants will also experience the true spirit of togetherness that reflects the strong work culture at Tunas Group.
