Tunas Group Outing 2025: Grow Together - Shine Brighter

Batam, 8–9 November 2025 — Tunas Group Outing 2025 unfolded with two days of joy, connection, and vibrant team spirit as 81 participants from different projects and divisions gathered at Harris Resort Barelang Batam. The atmosphere was warm and friendly from the start—perfectly capturing this year’s theme: Grow Together, Shine Brighter.

Throughout the event, everyone joined a series of light and exciting fun games and team-building activities that helped break barriers and strengthen connections across teams. Laughter, shared moments, and positive energy flowed naturally from one activity to the next.

One of the most memorable highlights was the Painting Challenge, where each team created artwork inspired by Tunas Group—capturing hopes, values, and the spirit of growing together. The paintings were later presented during the Dinner & Gathering Night, a relaxed evening filled with entertainment and door prizes that made the celebration even more lively and memorable.

For the participants, this outing became a meaningful pause: a moment to appreciate one another, reconnect across divisions, recharge, and return with renewed enthusiasm.
