Tunas Group was founded in 2000 when PT. Tritunas Bangun Perkasa launched its first project, the “Tunas Industrial Estate” in Batam area. With a vision to cater to all businesses for all their requirements and needs, the group rapidly grew and since then Tunas has become the largest industrial estate in Batam Center area. Faced with an increasing demand for electricity supply in its own industrial estate, the group seized the opportunity in 2006 and ventured into power generation business to meet the demands of the market.

Backed by fast-paced economic growth in Batam, Tunas strived even harder and started expanding into commercial estates market. The group built affordable housing complexes and shophouses with recreational facilities which aimed to cater to mass citizens who wished to acquire a place to stay and start a business at the same time. This unique project came to be known as Tunas Regency.

In 2012, Tunas launched its pilot business in Jakarta to provide affordable warehousing spaces in Daan Mogot, the heart of warehousing and center of distribution. Continuing with the same momentum, Tunas also introduced Tunas Bitung in 2014, again in an equally strategic location in Jakarta, to provide more warehousing and industrial spaces. Last but not least, a brand-new mega project is soon to bring unmatched standards to Batam. First of its kind, the “Grand Batam Shopping Mall” is to become the most premium and one of the biggest shopping malls in Batam history. We hope that this project will exceed not only our constructional expectations, but also will introduce a greater variety of tenants to Batam market.

2000: Tunas Batam Center Industrial Estate

Company founded by Mr. Doly, commenced development of Tunas’ first 64Ha industrial Park in Batam City.

2003: TOP 100 Plaza

We opened a 12,329 m2 shopping plaza named TOP 100 Plaza in Jodoh, Batam, with TOP 100 Supermarket as the anchor tenant.

2006: Tunas Energy

We entered the energy business with a 15 Megawatt Gas Turbine Power Plant to meet the electricity demand in Tunas Industrial Park.

2010: TOP 100 Mall

We launched a 10 Hectares mixed development project complex named TOP 100 Mall in Tembesi, including Waterpark, Supermarket, Shopping Plaza, Futsal and Shophouses.

2012: Tunas Regency

Started residential housing development on 52 Hectares land to support the housing demand from the growing blue collar workers of Batam City.

2012: Tunas Daan Mogot Warehousing

With the development of a 3,5 Hectares Warehousing Complex in Daan Mogot, we commenced our maiden project in Greater Jakarta.

2014: Tunas Bitung Warehousing 

With the success of the Daan Mogot project, we expanded to the Bitung area in Tangerang with a 38 Hectares Warehousing Complex.

2018: Tunas Kabil Industrial Estate

After the success of our first industrial park project, we established a new 30 Hectare industrial park in Kabil, Batam City.

2019: Grand Batam Mall

We developed Grand Batam Mall, with a GFA of approximately 100,000 m2, this is the largest shopping center in Batam in terms of floor area.

2022: Garden Avenue

We are developing Garden Avenue, a 42 Hectares residential complex with housing and commercial integrated area.
