Established in 2000, Tunas Group is an Indonesian company that is headquartered in Batam City, specializing in industrial and commercial real estate development.  The first project, Tunas Batam Centre Industrial Estate was introduced to meet the growing demand of industrial land and building for local and international investors from neighboring countries, Singapore and Malaysia.

Recognizing the dynamic demands of the Greater Jakarta market, Tunas Group launched its pilot project, Tunas Daan Mogot Bizpark in 2012 to provide high-quality warehousing spaces in the West Greater Jakarta area. The momentum continued with the development of Tunas Bitung in 2014.

Amidst Batam's flourishing economy, Tunas Group expanded its ventures into the development of residential and shophouse complexes, namely Tunas Regency and Garden Avenue Residence. These strategic projects have been meticulously designed to cater to the escalating demand for real estate within densely populated and strategic areas including Batu Aji, Bengkong, and Batam Center. Beyond real estate, Tunas Group extends to shopping centers through projects such as Plaza TOP 100 Jodoh, TOP 100 Supermarket outlets, Mall TOP 100 Tembesi, and the most famous-luxurious one, Grand Batam Mall.

To this day, its numerous real estate experience includes close to 200-hectare of industrial park and 100-hectare of residential complex in Batam; a 15 megawatt gas turbine power plant; the largest mixed development shopping Mall in Batam, Grand Batam Mall, with a gross floor area of 100,000 m2 and a upcoming 200 room apartment. Tunas is continually looking to expand its portfolio with a great focus on industrial park, warehousing and commercial developments in Batam and Greater Jakarta.
