Tunas Group is developing Garden Avenue as a 42-hectare integrated residential estate along Batam Center–Bengkong Bypass Road. Tunas Group developed Tunas Kabil Industrial Estate, a 27-hectare industrial park in Kabil, Batam, located along the main arterial road in a district renowned for heavy industries.
